What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy which is based on the theory that there are points and reflexes on the feet which relate to all the organs and systems of the human body. By massaging particular areas of the feet it helps to alleviate symptoms of various health conditions and helps to restore balance to the entire body and is also known to promote better sleep.

Reflexology may help many health conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress/anxiety, depression, headaches/migraines, backache, tension in the body and many more conditions. Please feel free to contact me, as I may very well be able to help.

As most of us have such busy lives nowadays, reflexology is a great way to relax and take time out for yourself.
